Photography Packages
*Prices are subject to change at anytime, however your package price will be locked in when your appointment is confirmed with your contract and payment. You must pay half the package price at booking in order to reserve the time with the photographer.  This reservation fee is non-refundable. Photography by Darlene accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or Square.  If you choose paypal or Square a 3% transaction fee will be added to your package.   Darlene will use Shootproof to send you a contract of which you will read over, sign, and return to her with deposit in order to book your package. 

For all packages:

You will receive high resolution files of your images and a print release so that you can print or share your images as you wish. You will receive your images without a watermark for your own needs.  Photography by Darlene asks that if you post to social media or online you either use an image with a watermark, or offer photography credit to Photography by Darlene. You will receive professionally developed and finished images as per the package you choose. Need one or two or ten more developed and finished images?  I am flexible, each additional finished image may be purchased at $20 per image. 

You will receive your files online or a USB within 3 weeks after approving your photography to develop and finish. (Special events may take up to 4 weeks). Of course Darlene will try and get them done as timely as possible. If there is a rush, please notify Darlene prior to booking. 

What is an developed image??  It is a photo that has been developed in a professional program to correct for color, exposure, position, and lighting.  
 What is a finished image? It is an image that had been digitally touched up to correct skin imperfections, sharpen or soften color, create black and white or sepia toned images, as well as cropping the image to perfection.  

Single Shot- $250

Ideal for senior photos, child portraits, professional head shots and portraits for invitations and announcements of milestones with children or adults.

Ideal for Newborn, Small Families, Couples and Pet/s.

Quadruple Shot- $350

Ideal for families larger than 4 people, reunions, graduations, and office headshots

Maternity and Newborn Package
Starting at $500.00

This is a package includes both a maternity session and a newborn session. 

  • Maternity session at 1 1/2 hours at one location with 10 Developed and Finished Images
  • Newborn session in your home and up to 2 hours with the photographer with 10 Developed and Finished Images
  • Both sessions for up to 6 members of the family including fur babies. 

The Whole Bag- Event Package
Starting at $2,000.00

Ideal for Weddings, Quinceañeras, Bar & Bat Mitzvah Celebrations, Sweet Sixteen Parties, and other special events. 

  • Pricing for these events will be set based on time spent photographing, size or group, and location, this packaged is offered as a base price. 
  • A Deposit of half that package is expected at time of booking and the rest to be paid within two weeks of event. You book the rate at time of deposit, so even if the rate goes up, you locked in your price. 
  • Starting at $2,000.00 for 8 consecutive hours with the photographer for up to 100 people at event.  Time includes from start to end.  Breaks in between are still charged so keep this in mind when planning your event. 
  • A 8x11 20 page color photo book will be included by request. Book fee included in price of package. 
  • You will want to set aside a 2 hour block in order to do posed photography.  This is up to you as the client to organize in your time frame.  Darlene will provide a list of suggested poses and don't miss photos for your special day. 
  • Package include a meeting before hand to go over logistics and your needs for this event. 
  • Add on another photographer for an additional $500. This allows you to capture every angle on your special day. This option is also available for  weddings larger than 100 people.

A La Carte Menu 

General investments to add to your package

  • Additional finished image for $20.00 (If you love more than the allotted number of photos per package, you don't have to narrow it down, you can choose to add!) 
  • Additional people to be photographed in your package for $15.00 per person.
  • Additional Time may be added for special events at $200 an hour which includes a minimum of 10 images per hour. 
  • Travel.  If you wish to Fly Darlene to your event, you are responsible for her airfare and are required to share all booking information with her at least 3 months in advance. For Photography sessions outside of the Denver area, client will pay $.65 a mile round-trip in advance at the time of booking along with reservation fee.
  • 20 page Photobook 8x11 may be added to your purchase for an additional $50.00. Darlene will select the photos and arrange them in a one of kind photobook.
